Customized Services
Members are entitled to enjoy the customized services as below:
Organisation of annual user-group meeting
 Organisation of smart card training courses
 Preparation of brief reports on e-payment business or technology

All these services will be provided on request and the cost for conducting all these services should be covered by the member itself and E-PPAN must be notified in advance.


Annual Strategy Review Service
Members are entitled to a face-to-face annual strategy review of their business based on E-PPAN's extensive knowledge of the Nigeria E-payment industry and understanding of past and future trends. This is an extremely valuable contribution to the development of the future business strategy of any organisation. Full members are requested to note that E-PPAN must be notified in advance in order to prepare the strategy review. The cost for conducting all these services should be covered by the member.

Business Matching Services
Members are entitled to business matching services either to assist them in selling their products, or to assist them in locating products, services and solutions. These services work both proactively (members request our assistance in selling or sourcing) and passively (projects and opportunities are offered to members).

First Option on Speaking Opportunities
Members are entitled to first choice of speaking opportunities at E-PPAN events across Nigeria before these speaking opportunities are offered to non-member organisations. E-PPAN events provide excellent marketing, communications and "below the line" promotional opportunities for all types of organisations to communicate and reinforce their brand and market their products and services to new and existing customers. These opportunities vary from large two-day conferences with extensive media coverage and benefits focused on entire industry sectors, to smaller, interactive events focused on specific customer and market segments.

First Option on Sponsorship Opportunities
Members are entitled to first choice of discounted sponsorship opportunities at E-PPAN events across Nigeria. The size of these sponsorship discounts is significant so that sponsoring just one of the larger industry conferences which E-PPAN organises around the region would generate cost savings amounting to a significant proportion of membership fees. These larger industry conferences are very high profile, often involving international and national financial, banking, payments or government organisations and enjoys extensive exposure in print media and or television and recognition in the global e=payment industry.

Smart Card Recruitment Services
Full and Associate Members are entitled to assistance in locating and recruiting smart card executives and staff. There are no charges or placement fees incurred by using this E-PPAN service and members therefore have the opportunity to save large sums of money.

Telephone Support Services
Full and Associate Members are entitled and encouraged to call the E-PPAN office whenever they need assistance, information or business contacts related to the development of their smart card business or scheme. This is one of the most valuable E-PPAN services.

Email Support Services
Members are entitled to email support from E-PPAN offices covering a wide range of issues including technical and standards questions, business development information, introductions and referrals and assistance with all aspects of their business or service. Members can usually expect answers to their questions within 48 hours of their email being received.

Participation in E-PPAN events
Full and Associate Members will receive invitations to attend all E-PPAN events, many of which are restricted to members only.

Number of Participants per Year
Members are entitled to send an unlimited number of delegates to attend E-PPAN events in a year.

E-PPAN Meeting Presentation Materials
Presentation materials from E-PPAN events are made available to all members, whether they attended the event or not. Presentation materials are uploaded to the Info Desk on the E-PPAN website usually within one week after the event. Members will be required to use their organisation E-PPAN member login ID and password to download the presentations.

Discounts to Third Party Conferences
Members are entitled to receive discounts to attend conferences, seminars and workshops organised by third party organisations.

E-PPAN email newsletter
All Members are entitled to receive the E-PPAN newsletter which is published approximately 50 times a year by email.

Business Intelligence by email
All Members are entitled to receive regular emails containing headlines of all the latest e-payment news stories published globally. These headlines are hyperlinked to the web site on which the news story was originally published.

Access Info Desk library of Papers and Reports
Members are entitled to access the library of papers, reports, journals and presentation materials on the Info Desk at the E-PPAN web site. Members will need their organisation E-PPAN member login and password to download these materials.

Organisation Listing, Logo and Link
The organisation name and corporate logo of all Members will be listed in the members section of the E-PPAN website. Each member's name and corporate logo will be hyperlinked to their own web site.

Listing in Member Supplier Directory
The organisation name and corporate logo of all Full Members and Associate Members that supply products or services will be listed in the members section of the Supplier Directory on the E-PPAN website. Each member's name and corporate logo will be hyperlinked to their own web site.

On-Line Advertising Discount
Members are entitled to a 20% discount on advertising rates in E-PPAN electronic media

Distribution of member press releases in Smart Card Business Intelligence
